[21.07.2005] Website + new version released
- released version 0.7.3
- established this website (currently HTML-only, later to be replaced by SmallBreed CMS ;))
Note: Date format is european / german - dd.mm.yyyy
About:
MailMe is a web mail client (Webmailer), which lets you only send e-mails (but not receive). That's its whole purpose - a lightweight, nice-looking script utilizing modern browser techniques like CSS 2, XHTML 1.0 and trying to completely avoid using JavaScript if possible.
This of course leaves users of Internet Exploiter behind, as their browser isnt capable of properly formatting code using CSS (i.e. you still may use it if you're forced to use IE, but it looks quite awful ;)).
Note to Firefox users: MailMe goes down quite well with WebMailCompose extension (I've been using it about half a year or so and havent had any problems yet). ;)
Current version: 0.7.3
Languages: Currently German only, sorry. But will be translated to English ASAP (probably version 0.8). ;)

- Smarty Template Engine instead of current, some-what crude looking mix of PHP + HTML
